r. Helen Teghtegh serves as the National Coordinator and Executive Director. Holding a Ph.D. and advanced qualifications in Literature, she is the overall leader of the CLHEI team. She has been crucial in repositioning the organization by strengthening its systems, structures, and policies, alongside building workforce capacity to meet International Best Practices.

As the Executive Director, she holds significant responsibilities, including leading the employment team and maintaining overall responsibility for managing risk and compliance. Her commitment to Climate Action is underscored by her representation of CLHEI at international forums like COP 26 and COP 28, ensuring the organization remains a global player in development.
