CLHEI HUMAN CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT WEEK 2024
It is clear that institutional weaknesses are a central obstacle to program implementation. This report
provides recommendations for CLHEI consideration in adopting a human capacity development
theme in its new strategic plan and for elevating the strengthening of capacity development
throughout our program portfolio.
CLHEI is therefore placing growing emphasis on developing capacity as the key to job satisfaction, effectiveness and efficiency, while yet improving social conditions for youths in our developing world. Through capacity building, youths and local organizations can design, manage and sustain their own
development.
