CLHEI is currently seeking for experienced professionals for Employment in the following Job Roles:

1. Agric Specialist: Successful applicant will be responsible for providing technical assistance for the strengthening of Agricultural & Climate-Smart Initiatives and other identified agricultural subsectors.
2. Engineering Specialist: Performs engineering or environmental assessments, modeling and monitoring.
3. Monitoring & Evaluations Specialist: Successful applicant will lead the planning, collection and management of program data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness, and writing of reports.
4. GIS/Remote Sensing Expert: Successful applicant will lead field surveys and mapping efforts, including high resolution satellite image analysis and data interpretation. Produce spatial data visualization to inform project decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Advanced university degree (master’s degree) in Agriculture, Engineering, Statistics and survey or related field is required, or
2. A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in Agriculture, Engineering, Statistics and survey or related field is required.

EXPERIENCE

1. Master’s degree in the relevant field of study with 3 years professional work experience. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) are required to have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
2. Proven experience in coordinating with diverse and complex groups of stakeholders, including but not limited to authorities at different levels, grassroots community members, NGOs, CSOs, the private sector, and academia.
3. Proven ability/experience to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a challenging environment.
4. Knowledge of and experience in the use of Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and other digital solutions and their practical application is an asset.
