As part of efforts to promote and protect the rights of women and girls in Nigeria, Community Links and Human Empowerment Initiatives (CLHEI), with support from ActionAidNigeria through the Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership Nigeria (RWVL-N) Project, announces the commencement of a 5-year project in Benue State to transform the structural and systemic barriers limiting women’s participation and leadership in conflict-affected communities aimed at contributing to more inclusive, gender-responsive, and sustainable peace and development outcomes where women are recognized as active agents of change rather than passive beneficiaries.
